Software for the people who run chambers.

Chamberly is membership, events, renewals, billing and your website in one place, built from scratch in 2026 for chambers of commerce and nobody else.

Chamberly overview for the demo Lakeview Chamber of Commerce: counts of total members, active members, new members this month and upcoming events, above a member growth chart, recent members and upcoming events such as a board meeting and a fall networking mixer.

Why we built it

A chamber's hardest week shouldn't be spent fighting its software.

Most chambers run on a small staff and a long list of jobs: renewals, the gala, the directory, the newsletter, the board packet. If your current system makes each of those a little harder than it should be, the cost shows up in late nights and missed renewals.

We built Chamberly around those jobs. A gala sells tables of eight and counts them as eight seats. A renewal reminder goes out at 9am in your time zone, once. The board report prints its caveats beside the weak numbers instead of hiding them.

Every plan includes the whole product, a new website for your chamber, and the move from your current system. There are no per-seat fees, so every staff member can have a login.

What we believe

How we make decisions.

Read the product principles
  1. 01

Built for chambers, and only chambers.

Dues, galas sold by the table of eight, sponsors with promises to keep, a board that wants the numbers on one page. We start from how a chamber actually runs, not from a generic CRM with a chamber skin.

  2. 02

The rules live in the code.

A paid seat is held until the money arrives. A newsletter unsubscribe never stops a renewal notice. Nothing emails your members until you turn it on. These are decisions in the product, not promises in a brochure.

  3. 03

    Your chamber, your database.

Every chamber runs on its own instance with its own database. No shared tables with anyone else's members. If you leave, you leave with a clean export of your data.

  4. 04

Honest about what isn't built yet.

We'd rather tell you on the demo that we don't do SMS or recurring events than have you find out in March. Founding chambers help decide what we build next.

Founding chambers

How we work with our first three chambers.

Chamberly is new. We're looking for three US chambers, any size, to run on it first with us beside them. They use it free for two months and keep their founding rate for good.

  1. 1

    A 30-minute walkthrough

With a founder, not a sales team. Bring your current setup and your hardest week, and we'll show you how it runs in Chamberly.

  2. 2

    We move your data

You send an export from GrowthZone (ChamberMaster), MemberClicks or a spreadsheet. We map the fields and import your members, plans and directory with you.

  3. 3

    We build your new website

Designed for your chamber and wired to Chamberly, so events, the directory and sign-ups stay current on their own.

  4. 4

A direct line while you run on it

A shared channel with the people who build the product. What slows you down becomes our next piece of work.

  5. 5

An honest review after 90 days

If Chamberly is working, an on-the-record review with your real results. If it isn't, a clean export and no hard feelings.
